Portable incense holder

Here is a neat way to recycle your unused matchboxes.

I tried it the other day and it turned out pretty good.  The picture I used was taken in 1921, I found it in a National Geographic.

Flip and Tumble’s Reusable Tote Bags!

Hey guys! Check out these really cool reusable tote bags. They are small enough to roll up into a ball and fit in your purse, then when you go grocery shopping (or any other shopping, for that matter), you can decline those plastic bags and use your own. It’s an eco-friendly bag and helps out […]

Lofty Gardening Plans

This week I have to mail out several items. The guy at the post office recognizes me, and usually asks about my bike. It was funny when I went in all dressed up for work one day, and he asked why I wasn’t biking. I wasn’t expecting to be recognized without my bike. That actually […]

Impressionable

I am easily swayed. Some may call it gullible, I prefer “easily motivated”.
When I was thirteen I stopped eating meat because of a letter-writing assignment I was given in school. The assignment was to write ten letters to politicians or heads of companies to express our opinion against their business practices. I […]

changing my mind…like i do

i’m sitting here, trying to draft an outline for my paper about solar power and it dawns on me (like it does) that i’m going about it all wrong. (this has been happening a lot this semester.) the whole topic of solar power cannot really be fully flushed out unless compared to other sources […]
